This is a slower paced class that works deeply into connective tissues through the extended holding of asanas (postures). Targeting especially the hips, pelvis and lower spine, this practice emphasizes deep tissue opening and restoration. Utilizing props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, this class is suitable for all levels and is a perfect compliment to other more vigorous yoga practices.
